Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SungSummary, operated by Code Cursos e Treinamentos LTDA. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use this

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

What this service is, and what it is not

This content is for exam preparation and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a clinical protocol, and not a substitute for your nursing program, your facility's policies, or the judgment of a licensed clinician. Always follow current institutional policy and verify drug information against a current reference before administration.

We do not guarantee any exam result. Passing a licensure exam depends on your preparation, your program and factors outside our control. Nothing in our marketing should be read as a promise that you will pass.

Exam names and trademarks

NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). NCSBN does not sponsor, endorse or administer this product, and is not affiliated with it in any way.

We reference exam names only to describe what our content prepares you for. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any testing body or credentialing organization.

Who sells you the subscription

Code Cursos e Treinamentos LTDA provides the service. Payment is sold and processed by Hotmart, acting as the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Hotmart is the party that charges you, issues your receipt, applies any tax, and appears on your card or bank statement. Their purchase terms apply to the transaction itself, alongside these Terms which govern your use of the service.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout, until you cancel. Those terms are disclosed before you pay.
• You can cancel at any time through Hotmart, from your Account page or from their subscriber area, using the email you purchased with. There is no phone call and no email required.
• Cancelling stops future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a renewal payment does not go through, access ends when the period you paid for runs out.
• Prices can change. Notice comes before a change takes effect on your subscription, and you may cancel before it does.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Hotmart under their refund policy and any refund window shown at checkout. Request one through them. A refund ends your access immediately. If something has gone wrong on our side, write to support@example.com and we will help.

If you paid with a different email

Access is linked to the email address used for the purchase. If you created your account with a different address, contact us with both and we will link them. You will not be asked to pay twice.

Your licence to use the content

Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to stream and study our content for your own exam preparation. You may not redistribute it, upload it elsewhere, share your account, resell access, or use the content to build a competing product or to train a machine learning model.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the catalog, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with other people's use of it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations do not apply to you.

Changes to these Terms

We will post a new version here and update the version number. Material changes get notice by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
